HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-7 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

US Shipping Time Estimates

Shoes & Bags: 10-25 business days.
Other Products: 10-30 business days.

International Shipping Time Estimates

Shoes & Bags: 10-30 business days.
Other Products: 10-42 business days. (For some countries even longer)

RETURN POLICY

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of receiving an order. You must provide a detailed description of any fault, damages on your parcel together with photographic evidence and contact us immediately via support@readergift.store Once we has reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer. 

NOTE:  You must send back unwanted items at your own expense. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
